Política de reembolso
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement only if the item arrives damaged or has a printing defect.
To be eligible, please contact us at contact@bagel.cool within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If your request is approved, we’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item at no cost. You do not need to return the original product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Choosing the wrong size, color, or design
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to a defect
- Gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved for a refund, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
